Background

This will be a very rewarding position for someone who is motivated by a good cause and loves the ideas of liberty, justice, and truth. This position involves promoting the Logos Forensic Association (LFA) program as well as the ideas the ministry espouses to the local community and world.

As one of IPS’ programs, the Logos Forensics Association (LFA) is a competitive speech and debate league designed exclusively for private Christian schools. The goal of the league is to train tomorrow’s leaders today by helping Christian schools establish speech and debate teams to bring the benefits of forensics to students across the country.

Speech and debate immerses students in research, rhetoric, and reasoning, helping students articulately defend their beliefs, especially from a biblical viewpoint, in public policy discussions.  Thus, the activity imparts rhetorical training while IPS instills worldview—fulfilling the charge to train the next generation to speak boldly for truth.
