First Look

Instead of offering the First Look conference this year, IPS is hosting a conference called the Civics Summit: The State of Healthcare in America. This is a topical conference pertaining to the Stoa team policy debate resolution. While this conference is not geared exclusively towards debaters, it will serve the same purpose as the First Look conference.
